Request to add a new book to existing series, and also requesting a correction!

I would like to request the following book be added to an existing series:
Book title - All Shall Mourn (None Shall Sleep, #3) (book has been created here: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2... )
Series - None Shall Sleep
Series order - #3

I would also like to ask for a correction - someone has (for some reason) created a new book listing for my existing book Some Shall Break, also listing it under a new, incorrect series title. I would like to see this erroneous book removed or combined with the original listing. Here's the details:

Both were done by someone else! None shall sleep is now book 3 in the series and the new listing has been combined with the old one.
