Posting this selection early, because this new title seems like the perfect read for Native American Heritage Month. This book tackles tragic social and cultural issues that need more attention while also highlighting the beauty of Native American culture. Rendon is a Native American author, and if you like this book, give her Cash Blackbear series a try!
