I picked out this book from the library because it was located at the recommended section and the blurb seemed interesting. However, when I first read the first few pages of the book, I didn't seem to find much particular features that made the book interesting until I got to the middle of the book.
This book was about a korean boy (Daniel) and a girl (Natasha) who are both immigrants. Now that they have officially turned into teenagers, they start to face the horrible bits of life. After living in America for most of her life, Natasha was forced by her parents to leave the country for better education. Of course, she refused. Daniel was foeced by his parents to become either a lawyer, doctor or a CEO so he was stressed that he didn't get the chance to find his real dream. After these two kids meet eachother, things change.
This book taught me that sometimes we just have to follow what our heart says and also, communication is the key.
