There was an unexplained cover change in the Librarian Changelog. The librarian who made that change does not accept PMs so I can't ask them. Do you have any knowledge on this?

That was an empty edition with a preliminary cover that the author decided not to use (didn't go out on ARCs or to any readers), so the librarian removed it and then the author added the final cover to it.
