Change Cover and book description

Hell, I need to change my book cover and the book description.

If the new one has same ISBN/ASIN as an existing edition you can add an alternate cover edition.

Yes, it's the same ISBN, same book, but how do I update the description?

Just edit it when you create the new edition.

Thank you, but a new edition? It's the same book. Do I loose then the reviews?

It will be a further edition of the same book, reviews are not affected
