I merged the one with no ISBN.

The other two editions share an ISBN10/ISBN13 pair and Superlibrarians cannot handle ISBN issues. You will need to contact support to move the ISBN13 (not the other way around since they can't do that). You can post here again after they do to merge the edition.

Do I understand correctly, that support will move ISBN13 and then a superlibrarian will merge the edition with no ISBN into the other one? (That sounds overcomplicated to me.)

Sadly, we don't make the rules and overcomplication is not foreign to us.
You can also ask support to do the merge after they move the ISBN.
