Why is my cover marked as missing?

I am trying to list a giveaway for the book, but I get an error message that the cover is missing.

I added the cover and I see it on my author page. What else do I need to do to enable the giveaway system to recognize that the book does in fact have a cover?

The correct edition was on the wrong author page, I have moved it to your page, added the cover, and deleted the duplicate

I just tried to list the giveaway again, and this time it worked. I guess it took a few days for the cover to be recognized? Anyway, thanks for your help.
