Hi Jamie, have you counted the pages including end material (acknowledgments, afterwords, appendices, bibliographies, glossaries, indexes, notes, and suggested discussion questions,...) and except advertisements and preview chapters for other books?
Hi Stefano. The 220 is correct that Amazon shows for the total page count. It does not include any of the above things you've listed.
Done. Sorry, but I hadn't noticed that it was a Kindle edition.
