Sept 2024 Buddy Read for All This and More

Several people have expressed interest in reading All This & More by Peng Shepherd this month. So, here's a thread especially for this particular title.

I love the choose your own adventure style of this book. So far it has been a wild read.

I enjoyed All This and More overall. Some of her choices were interesting and the way she tried to make it so everyone wins was a good motivation. I loved the back end of the "show" and bleed throughs of memories.

About 2/3 through. It's pretty long, compared to what I prefer, but also a page-turner that's hard to put down. So far I'm torn. I kind of wanted to see what her different choices really meant, etc., but there are actually quite a few books out there like that, as we know.

This stands out because it's also got the mystery, trying to find out what's really happening. I'm not sure where it's going (I'm reading it in order, not choosing the alternate paths) or what I'm going to think of it when I'm done.

As the developments become more fantastic & implausible, I've been reminded of Should We Stay or Should We Go, which is actually pretty closely related to Time Travel and I should have remembered to recommend it to you-all.

I am a few chapters in, not to the choose-your-own part yet. We've learned about her life, but I don't feel like we know a lot about Marsh's character yet.
