Since there was no answer I'm not taking over your task then I guess... Not gonna lie, this is getting frustrating even for me.
You can take over my Maine task and I will work on Eleven On Top.
I checked the SS, I didn't have a Maine task.
Everyone has the same tasks, apart from the Spellout. For the Spellout we had to decide who takes which letter. I had already prepped the SS a bit, putting our names and the task descriptions in (Or Alyana has, I don't remember who did what xD). You need to fill in the books yourself, since I don't know which books you want to read for the tasks. I can fill out your part on the SS if you want that, you'll just need to post it here then.
I'm going to read for your Maine task then. But remember that the SS is just as updated as we fill it in, the actual tasks Donna always posts here in the thread. And the core rules didn't change, it's a task per chain, and four chains that we all 3 need to complete, sometimes one or more spellouts. That means at least 4 books for each clown, sometimes more, per person.
I am finished with Eleven On Top.
I've been reading a bit less this week, but I will probably finish Jayme's Maine task book on the weekend.

Killjoy is a clown-like demon that is the end result of black magic on behalf of tragic individuals who sought love and closure but instead became victims of violence and injustice before being reborn by Killjoy's magic. In the end, after the deaths of their rivals and tormentors, these people who summoned him paid a terrible price by losing their souls to Killjoy. Thus, Killjoy was born and began to murder everyone he came across, prone to driving an ice cream truck.

Okay so fair warning, this Clown will take me longer to complete my tasks since somehow the big ones ended up fitting it from the books I want to read this year 😅 They are the physical copies too, not audiobooks, so it's going to be a bit slower reading 🙈 I'm sorry 🤦♀️

I have stumbled upon that series before so I gave it a try and I liked the first book. Looking forward on the second book and luckily it fit one of the spell-outs for Killjoy.

Yeah the dessert one was a tough one to find a book for, I think the one I ended up going for was the only one of my physical TBR it fit xD And my physical TBR is very big

I think as long as you can call it a demon it counts. I was thinking of maybe switching my book to one with fallen angels, which are considered demons too, but I'm not sure about it yet 🤔

I don’t have any. Haven’t read anything with demons just super mean villains 🙈
You should ask Donna if the demons are up for own interpretation, like a character being called a demon because he is so evil or something.

Oh that's kind of you but it should be okay ^^ I found the Count of Monte Cristo on Spotify at least (I'm looking for it in german, it's a bit harder to find than the english version), and I'm currently looking for The Summoner Trilogy (= Die Dämonenakademie) in german but only found the first book on audible and it's unfortunately not included in the membership. But with Monte Cristo being an audiobook, it should be doable this month. I'm predicting me taking until the end of the month for all of the books, I hope that's not too slow 🙈 It would be around 5 days for each book 🤔 I'm just a bit scared of The Goldfinch, since I remember The Secret History taking me a bit to get through and I'm scared of that page number 😅
