Companion Novel in a Series Page

Hello, are companion full length novels in a series primary or non-primary works? The full length novel is not numbered within the series.

Sorry to ask, the search function in the group doesn't work and I tried to use Google to search in the group but got no posts that offered an answer to this question.

This is the series page for context, the book is '

The manual says: "Please place anthologies and omnibus volumes/collections, as well as any other special works (such as individual volumes republished in multiple parts), after all primary works, not mixed in with them."

I'm not sure if this falls into the "other special works" category though. If so then it should be non-primary. I left it as non-primary for the time being.

I'd leave it non-primary as well. It's obviously not a book that is required reading for the series, just nice to read.

ETA: amazon have it as #4 in the series, though of course we don't need to do that.

Thank you, Sandra! It's good to confirm. I noticed the same thing on Amazon but the book isn’t numbered on the cover like the others and is listed as a companion novel on the description, so I figured it was only that it should be read in that order. Yep, looks good to me too. Thanks again!
