[Done] Two different books with one ISBN code

Hello,
In Bulgaria, there are two books with the same cover and the same ISBN number, but they different content. One of the books is in Goodreads: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/6...
This is hardcover, published in 2003 with ISBN 9789545854316 and contains Foundation (Chronological Order) #1-4 (Prelude to Foundation, Forward the Foundation, Foundation, Foundation and Empire)
But there is also a book, that is also a hardcover, and with the same ISBN number – 9789545854316 but published in 2015 and contains Foundation (Publication Order) #1-4 (Foundation, Foundation and Empire, Second Foundation, Foundation's Edge).
I own the two different editions and I took pictures of their back cover where the ISBN number and the content of the books is located.

You can clearly see that in the upper corner of the images, in black square with white books is written the contents of the books. In the first from 2003: Прелюдия към Фондацията, Битка за Фондацията, Фондация, Фондация и империя (the translation of Prelude to Foundation, Forward the Foundation, Foundation, Foundation and Empire) and in the second image: Фондацията, Фондация и империя, Втората фондация, Острието на фондацията (translation of Foundation, Foundation and Empire, Second Foundation, Foundation's Edge).

The first contains Foundation (Chronological Order) #5-7 (Second Foundation, Foundation's Edge, Foundation and Earth), but the second contains Foundation (Publication Order) #5-7 (Foundation and Earth, Prelude to Foundation, Forward the Foundation).
