Deep and Dark and Dangerous question

All I remember from this book is that it had a blue cover and was from maybe 2010-2014. It was about a young girl who stayed with her aunt for the summer at a hotel and she helped her plan weddings there(?). There was also a topic of saving the local nesting sandpipers and there was a romance aspect to it. It was a young adult fiction book.
