What are some of the tropes that you enjoy in horror? I can try to recommend based off that.
I really don't mind what trope it is butI like summoning evil, being stalked.
An author I like is Bentley Little. He was popular in the 90s but continues to write today. Any of his books are good places to start. My personal favorite of his is The Mailman, though its more weird that it is horrific.
@Karigan: Hello, my friend! I recommend "Come Closer" by Sara Gran; check it out whenever you get the chance. It's evil, demonic, and one Hell of a good time :-)
I started out with Carrie by Stephen King. A shorter book which introduces a reader to the world of horror!
