ysah the romance was so fake and tbh there wasnt even any plot build up the only revel was the shephars thing which wasnt that big of a deal

i have no idea what book other ppl read because i did not get it
Exactly the plot didn’t develop at all. If there was some more tension or a build up or something I prob would’ve like sit better. Also im sorry but the magic system was so bad
literally actually i rlly liked the concept but then the whole background of how the cards came to be was rlly confusing
actually have u read final empire cause that has a super simple magic system but it is so much more effective than smth complicated like this book
No I haven’t read it but it’s on my tbr I need to get to it soon
