i am a through and through powerless girl, however cardan did grow on me. i didn't like him in the beginning (aka the first like two books) but he had a redemption. however still got to choose kai, that man is obsessed with paedyn and it is the cutest thing ever. like he worships the ground she walks on and its so sweet!
