Hi David,

Thank you for merging the books. Since the books have been merged another book link has popped up in the last couple of days and this link that all the reviews are on is no longer coming up when the book is searched. I've no idea why these links keep popping up with no cover because even the book on Amazon has a cover. it's causing confusion with ARC readers at the moment.

That link was the paperback edition. I combined it with the Kindle edition. As for all the reviews, the website is cached so it may take some time until they show up.
