Hi, this book (9780195135657) is missing the page number. Worldcat (https://search.worldcat.org/en/title/...) lists the pages at 452 which I can confirm with my personal copy is correct.
Also I was wondering if "the late" could be taken out of the authors name. I can make another request in the "book and author page issues" topic for that if necessary but I wasn't sure if making multiple requests for the same book at one time would cause confusion. Thanks
