No, subtitles are considered separate to the title. For example SuperSense: Why We Believe in the Unbelievable would work for the task despite the subtitle being long.

Codenames is a game where two teams compete to find their field agents on a board of tiles, each of which has a word on it. The team's spymaster must attempt to guide their teammates to the correct tiles by providing a single-word clue which connects the words on the tiles by their meaning. Be warned though: among the agents (of either alignment) and innocent bystanders, there lurks an assassin. Discover them, and your team loses!
Read a book with a single-word title (of any length).
