i think this has something to do with amazon but im not sure. i think you have to own a kindle or something and share it from there? but then again im not certain so don't take my word for it

if you’re on the mobile app click the ‚my books‘ tab at the bottom and on the page you’ll see highlights click that and make your highlights for all your books visible
