Izzy | 7 comments Hi, my name is Isabelle, although everyone mostly calls me Izzy and I love reading.
When I was a teenager, I went through a really rough time and my mental state was horrible to say the least, I thought nothing could ever make things better, in my eyes I had nothing else to lose or to gain, so I picked up a book.
My life has never been the same since.
I tell people I love reading because it’s the truth, I love reading because it saved me, it was the one thing that I had, the thing that made me learn to love.
When I review books ( although I haven’t many yet ) I don’t just review to say if the book was good or to convince someone to read so I’ll gain something from it. I do it because I want other people to love reading as much as I do, to understand the emotions that go through you when you’re reading that specific book.
I want people to understand they’re alone, because at least for me, books have never made me feel alone. They’ve always been there with me and I want them to be there for other readers too; young girls and boys who are going through hard times.
So yeah, I am new to arc reading and all of that but I would love to join this amazing community and help fellow readers and authors.

I’ll accept any type of person, whether it’s a more known author, indie author, if it’s your debut novel or your 20th novel.
I mostly only read romance, but if there is romance, I’ll read any genre.
I really prefer physical copies, but I don’t mind ebooks all that much from time to time. I do live in Europe though so I do understand if physical copies aren’t possibility for all authors, still, tell me about your book and I’ll make sure to look at it.
I’d love to work with you and even if I don’t, good luck on your journey author!

ESME RALDA | 17 comments Hey there Izzy.....I am a debut author and I recently published my Romance Erotica BANGING THE BOUNCER BANGING THE BOUNCER: Christy's Sexcapades. It is a short novella. The blurb is as under:

Christy works in an exclusive strip club. She loves her job and is one of the most sought-after girls over there. When one of her clients tries to break the club’s rules and Christy is in a tough spot, someone rushes to her rescue. What happens next? Read to know more.

Although an erotica, it does have romance in the story as well. Do tell me if you might be interested in reading and reviewing it. I will be able to send you an ebook, do message me with your email if you are interested.

Izzy | 7 comments Hi Esme,

I love your story and it does sound very interesting.
I however don’t really read eroticas, I have no problem with it but it’s not something I’ll enjoy reading all that much. So I won’t be able to accept because you deserve a reviewer who will give their all and read your story because they love it.
Best of luck to you though, I know you’ll do great things and I’ll make sure to try to tell my friends and family about your story (although I haven’t read it) who I know will enjoy reading something like that.
I hope you have a good day :)

Thank you so much Izzy for replying back and giving me an answer even if it is a 'No'. I absolutely understand that this may not be something you are comfortable reading. I was not even sure I would be comfortable writing it, being my first time trying an erotica, but I did.

Anyhow, all the best to you....maybe you can read my next one...I am presently working on a YA romance. Just started, still a long way to go....hopefully I can approach you once I finish that.

V.E. Duncan | 13 comments Hi Izzy!
Your story really resonates with me - books have helped me navigate life, too, and when I was young they opened up whole new worlds I'd otherwise never have known. It's the reason I'm an author! :)
If you are interested, I've got an upcoming release on Nov 1 and I'm looking for ARC readers. This is for Hunting Grounds, book 2 of the Immortal series. It's adult romance/sci-fi/thriller. You could jump into the series at book 2 and understand most everything, but if you also wanted to read book 1 (Immortal), it's available for free in KU, or else I'll have an opportunity to get it for free or 99c around the same time as I send out ARC copies (late Aug/early Sept). I'll have to see how that will work with Amazon for Europe, but I'm sure I'll at least be able to gift an ebook copy. I can't send physical books, though, unfortunately.
I've got a google form set up for people to sign up to my ARC team here:

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FA...

It's got the description of the book and possible trigger warnings on there, too, so you can decide if it's for you.
Also, if you wanted to read something shorter for free to see if you like the series, you can get the prequel novella (Book 0: Mortal Prey) for free when you sign up to my email list on my website at veduncan.com/sign-up.
You can also send me an email at veduncan@veduncan.com, I'd love to hear from you.
Have a great day!
Ginger (VE Duncan)

Zeec Rustom (author_zeec_rustom) | 22 comments Hey there....I am an author from India and I am getting ready to publish my second book soon. My book is a YA Contemporary Romance based in India and Indian characters. If you are fine to try a different literary cuisine, I would really love to send you an ARC copy once my book is ready.

Sending you the blurb here:

Sweety has always felt cut off from her family, having never felt like she belonged with them. She is a sweet, bubbly and fun-loving girl, but always overshadowed by her beautiful and elegant elder sister Sapna. At home always criticized and compared with Sapna, she is only able to be her true self with her gang of friends, who are her real family.
Sweety has been in love with her best friend Pragati’s elder brother Vivek all her life, although Vivek has never shown any interest in her. But, what happens when in an unexpected moment, she gets her first kiss from Vivek, only for him to go on and get engaged to Sapna, disregarding what happened between them?
Will Sweety become completely heartbroken over this hit from fate or will she find someone more worthy of her affections or else, will she confront Vivek about his action? Read to find out more…

Do let me know if this interests you and I will get in touch when the ARCs are ready to go out.

E.B. Roshan | 24 comments Hello Izzy,
Hi Izzy,

Would you be up for giving my upcoming romantic suspense novella a try?

Here’s the description:

War brought Radoslav and Dunya together. If she hadn't become a refugee, and he hadn't taken a job as an interpreter at the camp where she was sent, they never would have met, let alone gotten married.

Now, they're taking the first tentative steps toward a peaceful future for themselves and their adopted son. Settled in a fishing village far from the conflict zone, they have good reason to hope the worst is behind them. They could not be more wrong...

The romance is clean, but the story does contain some non-graphic violence.

I am planning for ARCs pre-publishing, so the paperbacks won't be available then. If you are interested to read & review the book, so that I will have some reviews ready by the time I publish....do DM me your email id and I will send you the ebook once it is ready.

Jeffer Nightwind | 32 comments Hello Izzy,

I recently released my first book in the Bane War series, https://www.amazon.com/Fury-Bane-War-...

Series theme is Heaven's angels, technological beings, waging eternal war against Navia's demons, magical beings. 5000 years ago they signed a peace treaty, but now wage war through proxies. Yava is the latest battleground.

Saffa is this book's protagonist, a sassy battlemage wielding a longsword while casting fire and ice magic.

The book takes inspiration from Slavic mythology and Ukraine's fight for freedom.

I had 3 women beta read and they gave mostly positive feedback, but now I'm trying to get more eyes and brains on the story. I'm eager to improve the dark fantasy and romance pieces, as I have at least six more books planned.

Genre is DESR (dark epic science romantasy). Content rating is MA.

If you are interested in reading, let me know via message or email to author@banewar.com, and I can get you an .epub copy.

Corina Bair | 24 comments Hi Izzy!
I'd be thrilled if you'd consider reading and reviewing my book - Poinsettia Lane. It's a small town, slow burn romance with found family and all the feel good vibes - a perfect read as a palette cleanser or when you're in the mood for something light and easy.

Blurb:
What do accidental stalking, panic attacks, and landscaping have in common?

Everly’s life is exactly as it should be, until her estranged sister comes back to town the same day Asim Jabbar knocks on her door, nearly knocking Everly off her slipper-clad feet and her anxious heart right out of her chest.

After the flirtiest plant delivery of her life, Everly tries to find her Hot Delivery Guy without becoming a stalker, then digs herself into a hole when she enlists his help re-landscaping her yard. An already immaculate yard that does not need any new plants.

Asim agrees, on one condition: that Everly get her perfectly manicured hands dirty and join him. Despite Asim turning her life upside down, Everly can't stop thinking about the muscular, tattooed plant dad.

But when Asim’s world collapses and past scars threaten their future, Everly doesn’t realize all that Asim has sacrificed for her until it’s too late.

Jenn Rizzoto | 41 comments Hi, I'm currently looking for reviewers for this book:

Two Novellas

Two life-affirming stories of ordinary people in extraordinary situations.

The Golden Flyswatter takes us to a retro dive bar in Santa Monica, California, where young Natalie Schoenfeldt, an ingenue from Wisconsin, gets a job cocktailing. She soon realizes that the patrons are not who they seem, and Hollywood opportunities may not be either.

The Walk of Washington takes us to present-day Philadelphia, where a young filmmaker is playing piano to pay the rent. When he meets an older gentleman who looks a lot like Benjamin Franklin, the most excellent adventure of his young adult life begins.
