Need to update email address - Getting Error Message

Please help me update my email address. My email for drmozart18@comcast.net was hacked, and I have asked for help twice, but no one has helped me. I want to run a Goodreads giveaway, but I need the email and password to work. I followed the instructions and got an error when I tried to update the email address.
My new email is yanaya21@gmail.com, and I have a new password. Should I start with a new logon to fix the problem? Please help me. Thanks in advance. Ardith

2 Please read what issues Superlibrarians can help with. This isn't one of them. Like librarians, Supers are volunteers.

3 This isn't an issue for this group. Again, we are volunteers. We don't even have access to that part of the site.
