goodreads issue

so i was on the app and i was checking notifs and it said something about a goodreads authentication issue and android. so i reset my password and uninstalled the app and it still wont let me sign in on the app. it just says “authenticating” then goes back to the sign in page. does anyone know how to fix this??

i have the same issue... it says smth like "you're not authorized to view this" on the app and it keeps glitching oof 😔 i thought i was the only one until i saw this discussion :(

yesss i’m getting the same thing so i signed out and i was trying to sign back in for like 10 mins and it was saying something like “goodreads serves may be at max capacity at the moment” and i got back in and am still getting the error; not authorized to view this notification

yess i think it will get fixed soon, there were many glitches happening before on the app... however, let's hope for the best 🫂💗

I am gonna keep using the app, so I’ll let ya know when the silly “you are not authorised to use this app” goes away.
Never knew that the app was my parent and that I needed permission or “authorisation”

this happened to me too lol. it kicked my out, then when i wanted to sign in, it said that the servers were at full capacity or something like that. i was like what?? i couldn’t get it to sign me in, after countless tries. but finally after i woke up this morning i was able to sign in!! no idea what that was about 😀
