i imagine on our own accord. i think because people read at a different pace and have different goals for when they want to finish the challenge, it would just be a little too tricky. at least this way, no one feels a time constraint on the challenge!

i was just looking on google for a possible spreadsheet to help everyone organise they’re progress and found a really good one. the spreadsheet has the title, the author, have you read this, rating, and number of read/not read. if anyone is interested let me know and i will send the link to the google page!
