Pages don't have to be numbered to be counted. For example, often the last page of a book doesn't have a page number. Can you tell me what (if anything) comes after that? Some things we count & some things we don't.
The last page of the final index is 110. There are ads for other books on pages that follow. Do you want those too?

If it helps, the publisher lists 128 pages, and that includes all the ads at the back plus a few blank pages – plus all the pages of endorsements, dedication, copyright, title page, and TOC before the first numbered page in the foreword.

Hi KeltonPublishers counts are often just estimates - especially if the number is evenly divisible by 4.
We don't count anything before the first page of the story.
