Sorry, I was only trying to be helpful and find the book.
No need to say sorry at all. It was a good idea.But in this particular case, I think it is better to leave it in the end of the backlog.
If it stays there for 2 or 3 days more, I'll ask Support about it.

Also, the website provided no info on the comics and I’m pretty sure it isn’t an acceptable source.

This has been asked to GR and we haven't got a definitive answer.
I remember having added a story with little over 40k words in the past, but it was part of a 3-story series.
It would be weird to have #1 and #3 and not #2
But usually fanfics and Wattpad stories between 40k and 80 I just leave them, without adding or closing without adding.

Thanks! It’s always interesting to see the variety of interpretations for what qualifies as novel-length. At the small publisher I collaborate with, anything under 60-70k words is generally considered a novella or even a short story, so I went with that habit here.
On a side note, I just noticed my librarian application was rejected. Not a huge surprise considering what I read on other threads, but I thought I’d mention it. I think I’ll try again in a few days when I have time, maybe I'll get luckier.
