Access to the API call

We want to use the uRead API to fetch the data onto our app. We wish to know if there is an elevated access to the API call. If there is no elevated access, are there any limitation for data calls? Also, We need JSON format as the return, is that possible using uread API?
Note:- We have taken consent from the team, the good reads data is not behind any paywall.

We are trying to access the Goodreads API to fetch Goodreads ratings and Book description for the book.

We do not have very many json endpoints for goodreads.
