Does anyone know how to download the cover from a file on archive.org?

Dug around in the page code and found this direct link for the cover image:

Unfortunately it's not very easy to explain how to do this unless you are familiar with using the browser's Dev Tools. Probably simpler to take a screenshot with the Windows Snipping Tool. But feel free to post more book links in this thread and I'll dig up the direct URL.
