YA Fantasy book - Labyrinth in a painting. Read around 2012-2013.

Looking for a book that I read as a middle schooler around 2012/2013. I remember it had a boy and girl who get sucked into a painting and there's a whole world inside. They have a mission of something they have to complete but I can't remember. But the world inside the paining is like this beautiful, fancy garden (think rich England) and has a labrynth/hedge maze that they have to get through as part of it. I don't think that's all of the book but a big part. They have an eccentric, fancy dressed guy helping them inside the painting
