Application to join Goodreads Author Programme

Hi.
I applied to join the Goodreads Author Program on the25th June 2024. This request was turned down and the rejecting email from Goodreads was received 26th June 2024.
I reapplied early July 2024 in the hope that you now had all the correct information. I have not received any response to my application. If there are any issues could you please advise.
