Anyone happen to remember a scholastic 2 book series from the early 2000s that was a diary /journal? It was about this girl and in the first book her mom gets remarried and in the second book she has twin baby brothers.

I don’t remember a lot of details. The books were kind of a journal/diary style and had pictures throughout.
