[DONE] Disentangling S P Llewellyn / Michael Ellis

This one's a fiddly one: Stephen Peter Llewellyn (1913 - 1960) was an NZ author who wrote several works of military history.

They currently have three entries:
* S.P. Llewellyn (for Journey towards Christmas : official history of the 1st Ammunition Company Second New Zealand Expeditionary Force 1939-45)
* S. P. Llewellyn (for an apparent duplicate of Journey Towards Christmas)
* S. P.- Llewellyn (for Troopships.).

Can these be merged?

Llewellyn also wrote three novels as "Michael Ellis", which has also resulted in duplicate entries:
* Michael Ellis (for Kissing The Four Corners)
* Michael (pen name used by Stephen Peter Llewellyn) Ellis (for The Angel In The Coffin)
* Michael Ellis (seems to be multiple authors) (for The Score at Tea-time)

Can these be merged on Michael Ellis?
