I had the following posed on Book Verification thread.

Have any teams been counting elemental? I can't trace through all the threads to verify.

I had read something that elementals were allowed or someone thought they were - but I can't find evidence of that.

Let me check with captains and see if anyone has been using it. If so, yes, if not then no at this point in the game.

Penni I can't remember if fictional gods count? We've got some books where they're gods in the story but don't belong to a pantheon.

I seem to remember Lizz saying any god/gods, even if they weren't part of a pantheon, so yes.
