[BWF] The Red Notebook by Antoine Laurain- 4 stars

Laurent is a single dad who owns a bookstore. Walking one day he finds a beautiful mauve handbag sitting on top of a trash bin and decides to rescue it with the assumption that the bag was taken from its owner. When leaving it at the police is not as easy as expected, Laurent takes on trying find clues within the bag to find the owner. In the meantime, he starts to warm to this mystery women especially from her notes in her red notebook.

This was such a lovely story with good deeds and slowly learning about each other from the clues of their lives. I quite enjoyed how Laurent researched each possible clue. It was quick but sweet read.
