Korean language requests
#13 and #14: The books are already in GR database. I guess someone has added them in the meantime. I marked the posts as done.
Requests from January:https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...

#27~#31: They are all ebooks, whose info is from Ridibooks (https://ridibooks.com/), which is a bookseller site. They are not webnovels or serials; they are real ebooks with ISBNs (Most of them started as webnovels but have been re-published as ebooks with ISBNs).The problem is the only place I can verify their info or get the cover image is Ridibooks, which is a bookseller site. I checked the Korean national library and another Government-run book database but they don't seem to carry ebooks.
That being said, GR already has tons of ebooks from Ridibooks anyway (which were not added by me), and this webnovel-published-as-ebook market is really huge in Korea; I suspect they have even more readers than the traditional book market at this point. I really feel bad about rejecting all of them wholesale saying "the info is from Ridibooks". What should I do? Can I at least add them without covers?
#27-31: I don't know. I do remember something similar happening for a Russian website, but I'm not sure. I'd ask this in the Questions folder for librarians
If Ridibooks is a bookseller and also the publisher for those ebooks, it's ok to use it as a source. Sometimes it can be self-published.In general, it's fine to use a website as a source in cases where those two conditions are met:
1. They are published by Ridibooks
2. They are only available for purchase on Ridibooks
@Olga Thanks! Some of them's publishers are Ridibook's subsidiaries and the others are not directly published by Ridibooks but are only available in Ridibooks. But besides, actually, they all seem to be just webnovels with hundreds of episodes. Strangely they have an ISBN; a single ISBN for the whole series. But they are still webnovels. What requester (blessy) put in the "page count" was not the page counts but the number of episodes. Can we add webnovels if they have an ISBN?
Some of them have been republished as ebooks, but the links attached in those requests are all webnovels.
It looks another librarian has added some of them as ebooks already, which I'm not sure is correct.
tl;dr: #27~31, #36: They are webnovels

Those webnovels seem to have a single ISBN for the whole series. I guess it is not very feasible to assign an ISBN to each episode after all given that there are hundreds of episodes in a series. Then you mean they don't qualify, right?
