Does Richard Clarke provide any answers to the current Iraq dilemma?

It seems to be more of a memoir than anything and I don't believe that he offers any feasible solutions to the black hole that has become the middle east.

I found this book to offer solid historical event accounts that help me better understand the actions and confusion and laws that followed 9/11. This time type of historical timeline is significant when the finger pointing of blame begins. This lessen the opportunity to be exploited by news inaccuracy i.e fake news. Thanks for commenting!
