Adding Info and Cover

I just finished the title above and found that the entry exits, but without any description or cover art. I have both, since I'm in possession of the book. What is the process for filling this entry out?

If you could provide the page count, ISBN (if it has one) and description that would be great. For the cover, you could scan your copy and upload it to your photos for us to take.
