I can't pick one...........Top 3:
Jodi Picoult
Melody Carlson
Jana Oliver
This will probably change within a day or so.. I'm pretty indecisive when it comes to favorites.
Joe Hill(Stephen King's son). He's put out best selling novels and comics and, if I'm not mistaken, has written some screenplays that have been turned into actual finished products. So basically, he's done everything I want to do.A close second goes to Joss Whedon.
I'd want Cassandra Clare as my mentor because she's the one that inspired me to become an author. I love her writing style and think she'd have great advice.

I imagine many budding writers could benefit from some chats with her.
Jenn Sadai! I was amazed at what she endured in Dark Confessions of an Extraordinary, Ordinary Woman. She completely rebuilt her life after being knocked down to rock bottom. I would love to chat with her about how she stays so positive despite everything she's experienced.

You can reach me anytime on my Facebook page if you want to chat one on one, https://www.facebook.com/Darkconfessi...
I try my best to mentor young women who are still trying to find their purpose in this world. I know what it feels like to feel worthless and more importantly, I now know what it is like to feel worthy of a good life. I am always available if you need to talk.

Hmm, who to chose, who to chose... I've read a "masterclass" book by Stephen King on what to do and what not to do in writing novels, which was quite good. I'm not a fan of horror stories though. I suppose, I'd like to have a chat to J.K. Rowling and Suzanne Collins and get a few tips from them. And I've actually met famous authors at a conference in Cambridge once and a particular bestselling author I wouldn't want to find myself in a dark alley with.

I think I'd have J.R.R. Tolkien as my writing mentor and Laurie Halse Anderson as my life mentor. :)
How about you?
