There are a few problems with this book:

No Time for Sergeants by Ira Levin

The author’s page (Ira Leven) is a duplicate of Levin’s record here:
https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...

Also, these four book records are duplicates (with incomplete information) of a single edition as follows:

Title: No Time for Sergeants
There’s no need for any of the extraneous wording on these editions.

Author: This is adapted from the novel by Mac Hyman. Not sure what you policy is with adapted works, but if you need to put him as a secondary author his page is here:
https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...

Publisher: Dramatists Play Service, Inc.
Date: 01.01.1958
Pages: 82
Format: Paperback
Nice cover image at Amazon here:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/No-time-serg...

Finally, a second edition of this play appears to be entirely missing from GR

Publisher: Random House
Date: 01.01.1958
Pages: 176
Format: Hardback
Cover image here:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Time-Sergean...

Amazon lists the publication date as 1956, but I believe this is confusion with the date the copyright was registered.

Thanks
Luke

Scott | 9707 comments They were all junk records which appeared as a result of Goodreads' unfortunate decision to import anything and everything from Amazon. I have deleted them. I believe the "missing" edition you are looking for is here:

Lukerik | 120 comments You a genius. Thanks for finding that for me. I see that it and the true Dramatists edition

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...

are lumped together under the novel, but they're dramatic adaptations. Please could they be separated out and linked together?

Thanks
