(Done) Wrong number of pages in Iron Flame

Sorry in advance, I am not an english speaker so I hope what I am gonna say will be understandable !

The number of pages in Iron Flame, the french Paperback edition is wrong (ISBN 9782755673142), it is written that it’s 400 pages but in fact there are 719 pages (703 based on your guidelines I think, if we do not count the pages before the first chapter), could you please update it ?

(Update : I have seen that we must not subtract the pages before the beginning of the chapter 1, so the right amount of pages for this book is 719, thank you in advance for updating the book !)

I have tried to work this one a couple of times and haven't been able to verify your page count. That being said, I have looked at several other versions of this book and they are all well over 400 pages as well.
Can you verify that your page count does not include the following things: pages with Roman numerals, blank pages, advertisements, or preview chapters of other books? If so, I'm comfortable with updating the count.

Yes I’ve checked once again and it’s ok, I did not included those things while counting the book’s pages, the book has 718 pages + 1 page of acknowledgment (which, if I do remember correctly, is included in the number of pages, so the number of pages for this book is 719)
