I know the instructions say to not use resellers’ websites, but this book was published by a very small press in 1973. There are NO publisher or author websites for it. Online listings are the only ways to find pictures of the cover, and this eBay listing is the clearest. If possible, please add this description as well (taken verbatim from the back cover synopsis):
