Haven't read her, but am thinking if you skim the customer reviews of the one you bought on Amazon (be careful, spoilers can abound there!), it should give you an idea of if you can read each novel as a stand-alone or not; I see that mentioned in reviews there all the time.Hope that may help a bit, at least.

Lol! I've often started in the middle of a series and if I really liked the book I'll go back and read the others from the beginning. Its really a matter of personal preference. I agreewith Donald that sometimes someone leaving a review will tell you if you need to read the others first.
Thanks- I try not to skim through any reviews of books I am currently reading because there is always that one person! lolThank you!

Debbie,Thank you- I thought the same thing. With a character series I dont think its a good idea to go right into book #13 without knowing anything about the character from the past 12 books. Thank for your help!
