Please add cover

Hi,
If someone could update these titles, I'd appreciate it. The Kindle version has the cover, but the author name is incorrect (Denise Lupinacci instead of Denise Marie Lupinacci), and the hardback and paperback versions don't have a cover and they aren't linked.

Issues corrected. Author's name lacks middle name on Amazon so that is why it appeared that way here.
