I read this book earlier this year but can't remember the title.
SPOILERS AHEAD
She works in a publishing house under a chief editor who works with the most famous male writer of a magical saga, the writer needs to appeal the public with more romance but he sucks at writing it.
Chief editor asks her to be his assistant and help him writing romance cause she's a "woman". She's secretly a fan of the saga but won't tell it to the writer.
In the end she helps him write a more realistic relationship between the book characters.
