Connection: A simple and happy book. It centered on doing a small kindness for others everyday and paying it forward as a way to get through life’s challenges. Mental health.
WoF FeeI read Something Fresh. The main character exercises everyday and convinces others to do the same to improve their health and wellbeing. So this book refers to the physical aspect of wellness.
