Guys is the cruel prince worth reading, is it romance, and can i read it with my mid level English?

yes it is worth it!! And it is not super complex. The plot is pretty easy to understand. You should def give it a try!

i mostly read and enjoy fantasy, romance books.. but i also love mystery, crime thrillers, english lit, sci fi.. basically any book with a good plot.. not really restricted to a particular genre sometimes

I love Cruel Prince, it's the series that got me into fantasy. It's easy to follow and doesn't have ultra complicated world building like other fantasy books. It does have romance but nothing spicey like these romantasy books that are so overly hyped. I always recommend it to anyone dipping their toes in Fantasy. That and These Twisted Bonds duology.

omg yessss you won't regret it. the first book doesn't really have much romance but the rest of the books onward is all enemies to lovers!!

These Twisted Bonds is by Lexi Ryan, this one has a little spice but not too bad but it's a great fantasy too, at least for me.

DEFINATELY. BUT IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR ROMANCE, YOU MIGHT BE A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED. because cruel prince is like 25% romance and 75% politics. I PERSONALLY LOVED IT. there is a bit romance in end of second book and half of the third book. but the politics is like real interesting.

Cruel Prince is one of my all time favorites!! The rest of the series, too! One of my first fantasy series :) There is some romance and pining, its like enemies to lovers, personally I wish there was more romance! You should be okay :) enjoy

In my opinion the cruel prince was a lovely read. But don't except a couple or something the couple is in the second book so If you're expecting an enemies to lovers in the first one you will be let down

And it was a little hard for me because English isn't my first language but it was okay after 100 pages I think i wasn't having any difficulty reading it

The series is terrific but the romance doesn’t really take off much until the last quarter of book one. Personally I liked the second even better and the third book best of all.

Yes! The three books are worth it. All 5 stars. It doesn't have much romance (but when it does, it makes you melt!), it is more about politics, conspiracies and war. But it is, for sure an easy read. The books are very well done. Overall, the best ones I have read so far.

I absolutely loved the series but romance is a sub plot init and it's mostly focused on the politics but the little romance we get makes it more anticipated and intriguing and I don't remember it being hard to read

i just now finished the cruel prince and immediately bought the next two books, i think there's a deal on amazon rn as the wicked king, queen of nothing, and how the king of elfhame learned to hate stories was only 25 dollars :)

i used to hate fantasy, mostly for the world building at the beginning, but after reading cruel prince, my "to-read" list now has hundreds of fantasy books lol
