[open] Can books from a box set be added to GR individually?

Hi librarians,

I haven't found anything in the Librarian Manual about this, or I've missed it. Can Box Sets only be added as a Box Set? Or can the books in that box set also be added separately?

Hi, if only published as part of the boxset, then the boxset edition is the only book record we should add.

To add an item in a "version" that hasn't been published would be to add an invalid record to the database.

This is why the librarian in msg#2 in the other thread asked the control question he did.
