Yeah, but the experience is better if you read caraval first (if u have intentions of reading them both), it helps u understand the dynamics and characters better.
Also if u read uoabh trilogy first, h get spoilers for things that happened in the caraval trilogy

I can't tell if you mean the second book of caraval or ouabh, but I really liked both. for ouabh, the second book was my favorite out of all of the three, so I say come back to it when you feel ready! sometimes, taking a break before re-entering a series is the best thing to do and it helps you enjoy the book a lot more <3
