Romance - small town, moose as a “protector”, misunderstanding, works in a diner

Hi guys
Stuck on the name of this book I read which I want to get back to for the follow up books.
So this girl works in a diner, used to live in a trailer park community with her mum and sister, who left down.
She moved her trailer outside of town and has a moose as a protector! In the next field.
Guy in town has been harassing her as he thinks she is to blame for him getting arrested for assault which resulted in him not getting to his sister on time who was being sexually assaulted at a party!

The sequel is around this damaged sister and her fireman neighbor… who was the guy that was being assaulted in the first book …

Any one help me out here please!
My heads melted trying to find it and I didn’t mark it off in my library!!
