YA or possibly Children's chapter book about a possibly talking cat and the cats human family/ owners. Read late 2000s/early 2010s.

This may be a bit hard to solve as i don't remember much about it i apologize, but what i remember about it is it was blue and was either for young teens or older children it had a map in the beginning of the book mapping out their house and all the rooms and everything, and it was about a cat and probably her owner who was a young girl and her family who possibly had like a doctor or therapist or something like that in their family. Or there being a doctor or something in their neighborhood like the map said dr _____'s house. I read it in the late 2000s-early 2010s. I don't really remember the plot very much just that there was a cat and a young girl in the story; so i hope this post follows the rules. sorry for being vague and all over the place i'm just having trouble describing it as i don't remember it, may be a lost cause. i'm just dying to remember what book this was please help if you can.
